Northwest Performance Lab (NPL)
Invite-only hitting and pitching lab for NW Futures members, affiliates, and collegiate/pro athletes — data-driven training with Trackman, Rapsodo, HitTrax, and more.
NPL programs are offered as an invite-only program. These programs are offered to existing amateur members of our NW Futures and affiliate programs as well as collegiate and professional athletes who desire dedicated, in-depth, data-driven, and professionally curated programming for hitters and pitchers in addition to the club training programs.
Weekly training plans cover swing and pitch design (NPL Hitting or NPL Pitching), movement patterning, mental performance, vision training, and much more.
Technology & progression
NPL programs use a variety of technology to support a test-and-retest model—tracking growth and sharpening focus areas. Tools include but are not limited to:
